What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is getting a understanding on everything very easy and simple first we get basic information , come up with the estimate, and pricing , than work while keeping the customer updated throughout the whole job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professional driver/mover for 7+ years for some local moving companies around the Minneapolis area than decided to invest in myself been doing this type of work so long it's all I know hard to switch up and start something else cause literally moving and helping people is all I know.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't really have a standard pricing system yet I like to meet and greet with my customers at the location just so I can come out and check out everything that the customer wants gone and that way I could come up with a fair price by what I see and where I have to deliver too.
How did you get started in this business?
Started my first ever moving job at Two Men and a truck in 2013 and I was there for 7 years I don't know how but I just fell in love with moving although I hated it as a kid I've always been the type of person to help anyone in need but moving just opened up another side in me and made me fall in love with it don't get me wrong you definitely have tough days but when you find something your good at it's hard to just let that be a waste I realized I had a gift in this business when I started reading reply cards that customer would send back to our bosses and all the good compliments I here after the job is completed even won mover of the month a few times..
What types of customers have you worked with?
7+ years in this business and I promise You I have ran into every type of customer there is I'm big on positive energy I don't condone in negative energy and I don't tolerate disrespect I stay professional with every situation
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent event that I am fond of is finally being able to have all my kids under 1 household I couldn't do nothing but smile from ear to ear I have 4 boys and 1 girl my oldest is 7 my kids keep me going my drive my hunger comes from making sure they didn't have to go through what I did growing up and ima make it a promise that they won't cause ima work my butt off
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say look for red flags always and understand what moving services you need such as distant and size be there for the movers always communicate makes it so much easier
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers need to think through on what they can afford ,what type of pros they need , what they need done , how many pros they need ,
