What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Stage begins with a consultation. Sometimes, a consultation is all that is needed! Just a helping hand, step in the right direction. We will go through every corner of your house (either virtually or in person) and take pictures in every room. Depending on the package chosen, the seller or realtor will take notes, or I will email back pictures with notes included.
If occupied, we will use items you have in the home, with the option to bring in some additional items as needed.
If vacant, we will use our inventory to come in and get the house ready to sell!

Occupied Staging (half + full day) - prices vary

Vacant Staging (60 days, pick up + delivery included in contract)
Essential Package - starting at $2,000
Luxury Package - starting at $2,500
Deluxe Package - starting at $3,000
Styling Services - starting at $100/hr
