Our Team Approach
Unlike other companies, HomeTeam takes a team approach to your inspections. We’ll send several specialists to your property and each will focus on their own area of expertise. Using advanced tools and technology, they’ll move fast while being as thorough and accurate as possible. When we are finished, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive report detailing our findings. We’ll also answer any questions you may have and discuss with you what you should do next.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the construction industry since 1983. We have built over 8oo homes, remodeled hundreds of homes,and did insurance restoration like mold remideation and fire restoration.

Most homes are from $399 to $499 for whole home inspection.

How did you get started in this business?
Became a home builder in 1983 and after 30 year of building and remodeling We decided to use our knowledge to help home owners understand the homes they are buying.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with buyers when they purchase a home and sellers
we do a presale inspection so they can fix items prior to the sale. We work with Realtors to help them with a timely inspection and a comprehensive report.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research
1- Are they fulltime inspecting do they have multiple specialists? We inspect with a team of inspectors.
2- Are they insured (liability, errors & omission, and workman's comp)
3- What is their experience, knowledge, and education. Note (MN does not have a license for home inspectors)
4- Check references and social media ratings.
