What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer all customers schedule a visit prior to boarding. We like the dog to acquaint themselves with our surroundings and meet some of the human friends they will spend time with while here. It is so much easier on a dog if they come out ahead of time and go home with their owners with a good memory. When they actually come to stay the transition is less stressful. Also it is peace of mind for the owner having the time ahead to visit us and have their questions answered.
