Excellent job done cleaning the carpet! Looks brand new. Couldn’t believe how great a job that was done. Very friendly & professional. A few minor scheduling issues; but resolved to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Dion provided prompt service and had an acceptable labor rate as far as working on a residential sliding door. However, I discovered that the lower side panel had released and was blocking the door from opening. Something as simple as a good look over before asking for help. The experience with Dion was psoitive.

Mr. Roberts quickly responded to my request and arrived promptly as we had arranged. So far I have met with Mr. Roberts to discuss the scope of my projects. He provided me with his price and we scheduled a time for him to begin his work.
I was impressed how quickly he understood what I needed to have done on my various projects even when my vocabulary for describing my needs was limited. He also was respectful and did not fall into the approach I have frequently encountered of being talked down to because I am an “older” woman!
He was easy to talk with and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I find the situation difficult when an individual doing work in my home is awkward interpersonally. Dion is comfortable to be around and confident in his abilities.
Dion showed me his price, which he stated clearly was final even if he ran into unexpected surprises. Now that’s uniquely wonderful! I turned to Dion and said, “ This can’t be right!” I am certain he thought I was indicating that the price was too high, which was not at all the case!!
He arrives this Friday to begin his work on our home. I’ll finish my review at the completion of his work and let you know how it goes!

I graduated from a vocational high school,where I majored in Sheet metal,Drafting, Carpentry,and Graphic arts. I furthered my education by attending Summit Academy OIC. I received my certification in Carpentry and Contraction.
