We are a small team under RE/MAX Advantage Plus. We have been providing high level service to our clients for the past 17 years. We offer very high level marketing which includes direct mail, social media, high end photography and drone photos-video, high end brochures. Our attention to detail and constant communication with clients is why our past customers refer us to their friends and family.
It's extremely important to Nick that all his clients are happy and when the transaction is over Nick and his clients become friends. Buying or Selling a home is one of the most important moments in a clients life and we take great pride that our clients choose us to help them with the process. With over 17 years experience selling real estate we have had the pleasure of meeting so many people over the years. We specialize in the Lake Minnetonka area and support multilple local youth sports teams. We love to give back to our community.

When a potential client contacts me I like to set up a in person meeting to get to know each other and see if we would be a good fit to work together. During that meeting I walk the client through our process and what they can expect if they choose to work with us.

We are flexible on our listing commission. When you are purchasing a home using us it you don't pay anything.

I started real estate right out of college and have been doing it full time ever since.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently sold a home that the seller had previously been trying to sell for 6 months. They hired us and with our marketing efforts and staging the home sold in multiple offers in 3 days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have experience in your area and that they are going to put your needs first. Communication is a very big part of buying or selling real estate. Make sure whoever you work with is full time and available 24/7
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How is the agent going to make the process as smooth as possible. Who is the best fit to sell your home for the highest dollar amount in a short amount of time. When looking for an agent to purchase you want to find someone that can be available on a moments notice to show you a home that just hit the market.
