What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every case is different and therefore I provide undivided attention to learn about each customer's needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Business and Management. I am also a licensed Realtor in the state of Minnesota. I specialize in helping families with special needs relocate for better services and resources.
How did you get started in this business?
My passion to customer service and working closely with people to help them make sound and wise decisions that helped draw the path to a successful real estate career.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I sponsor several non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities and the opportunity to meet other families with special needs and be able to extend a hand and offer them value through my service, whether it is a resource or answers; it is so compelling and fulfilling and for that, I am so grateful.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It all depends on their needs and wants. Every case is different. A good rule of thumb can be, what is missing and what is ultimate goal(s)?
