Discuss their housing needs, insure they have all the necessary resources and information, i.e. lenders, inspectors, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from the requirements to obtain and keep my real estate license, my broker has numerous trainings every month to help me stay fresh and focused.
