What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Team approach to selling enables us to work FULL-TIME on both sides of the listing/selling process. In doing so, we can effectively market your home, as well as, work with potential buyers at the same time. The Real Estate market is extremely competitive, and we feel that our approach can help assist you towards a future sale.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only am I a real estate agent, I am a licensed Realtor, which involves 15+ hours of continuing education per year on an ongoing basis. I also have a couple other designations which prepared me for the distressed real estate market, those designations required additional education and testing. I have a SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource), as well as, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
How did you get started in this business?
I grew up around the business, with my mother being a Realtor and later a mortgage lender and my Uncle being a builder. I have always been interested in the business and 15 years ago I decided to start the path to get licensed and have been a full-time, dedicated agent ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
In my career I have worked with almost every buyer/seller imaginable, from first time homebuyers, investors, banking institutions, estate sales, luxury home buyers/sellers, vacant land, corporate relocation & lakeshore, just to mention a few.
