About
There are many reasons our clients hire myself and my firm, eHouse Realty. Mainly, it comes down to our high level of communication and exeperience. 27 years in the business has allowed me to gain the experience not Realtors® have. We leverage technology and social media to cast a wide marketing net to deliver our clients the results they demand.
The most enjoyable part of what we do is our clients. They have a mission and we make their mission a success! Nothing is more rewarding then when that happens. By delivering our services at a very high level we are able to ensure our clients can move foward with the confidence that they are in great hands.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client isn't so typical. First we need to understand our clients needs, goals and expections. Once we have the details we can develope a customized marketing plan to help them at the highest level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since exiting the military in the early 90's I have been in real etate and custom home building. Basically, it is all that I know. I now run a successful brokerage leading over a dozen agents and growing. I also personally still help my clients buy and sell homes every day. It's what I do and love.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer many programs for our clients. However, it comes down to the clients needs. We have fulls service listing programs starting at $3995. For more information please reach out to us.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the business in 1993 after serving in the army for 6 years. Who doesn't like houses and want to help people. Seemed like a natural fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I'd like to say I will work with everyone. However, most of my clients have homes to sell and are looking for a level of service and experience most agents can't deliver. Since most agents charge the same fees, shouldn't a client choose to work with an agent with 1000's of transactions and happy clients under their belt!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently negotiated a deal for one of my sellers where they were able to net an additional 18k on the sale of their home. It was unfortunate for the buyer as they hired an agent with little to no experience causing them to lose the deal.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The advice I would give is. Interview more than one agent and hire the one that will tell them the truth and not just what they want to hear. Not all agents are equal!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First and foremost they should be aware that when interviewing agents that agent doesn't yet represent them. They need to have a clear understanding of their real estate goals. Be honest with agents and expect the same in return.
