Stephen's Piano Tuning has been making pianos (and their owners) happy for 10+ years. With no pressure advice, and a heart for rekindling joy to get back on the piano bench again. Stephen has tuned pianos near and far, even traveling abroad to make pianos sound happy again.
This is sound redemption at it's best. It is so fulfilling to take a warbly piano and make it really sing again.
Seeing the smile back on piano owners and their children's faces as I finish up with a few melodies, and to hear them already at the piano as I leave the clients home. Ahhh- the satisfaction it brings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking for Make and Model if available, as well as finding out when it was last tuned. As a bonus for me, I like finding out why the client wants their piano tuned, which makes it a big part of the joy of getting it enjoyable again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my even learning apprenticeship under a Piano Technician of 40+ years. Just before that I had the opportunity to tune pianos on a missions trip for two churches in Honduras back in 2008.
