Buyers never pay commission. As a buyer, you'll have your closing costs, but you won't have to pay us. The seller pays our commission.

How did you get started in this business?
Blanca got her licence 1st in 2006. The economy then crashed in late 2007/08. Sean was working for Geek Squad while Blanca was neck-deep in the foreclosure/short sale market. She led the charge in that extremely difficult time! As the market recovered Sean turned full time agent in 2011 bringing the technology and new added value that we offer today.
Now Sean and Blanca are helping around 50 families per year (from all walks of life) and no other agent(s) can match what they’re offering.
