I am very dissatisfied with the fall cleanup service provided by Redsun (Alex) shortly before Thanksgiving. They simply blew a substantial volume of leaves onto the street and iced-over pond in the back yard and didn’t pick them up/clean up after themselves. They also blew substantial amount of debris onto our front and back porches and left the mess as such. I gave Alex the opportunity to come back with his crew and properly finish the job before writing this review but he did not. This company is utterly unprofessional and won’t be getting my business again.

How did you get started in this business?
Alex Jackson the Owner got started in the buisness when he was 15. His dad owned a Concrete and Masonry company. Alex would go out every summer and work with his dad. He knows all the processes from start to finish

We have worked with Residential customers. We have also worked with commercial customers as well
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to get multiple bids. Look over the bids and go through and see what company is the most qualified to handle the job and hire them.
