What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a time to meet either at your home if you are selling or at a coffee shop if you are buying to discuss the process and answer your questions.
Once we agree to work together, I set up your marketing plan and go price and terms of getting your home sold. If buying I set up your home search and start emailing you new listings that meet your search criteria.
Sellers I begin the marketing launch and keep you posted weekly on progress and feedback, and for Buyers we start the home tours and soon as you send back the homes on the list you wish to see!
The market is always moving and changing, and I will be there to keep you informed through out the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience selling real estate, 2 years of business education, 10 years of running a business prior to becoming a licensed agent in 2000. Worked with professional photographers to understand the importance of conveying your property at its best.
How did you get started in this business?
Started by investing in my first rental property, fixing it up, renting it out and selling when the market peaked.

First time buyers, first time sellers, move up buyers, move up sellers, investors, new construcion buyers, and some commercial. Townhomes, condos, single family homes, twin homes, co-ops, bank owned, short sales, pretty much everything!
