My goal is to provide superior service and industry knowledge to my clients in order for them to be able to make informed decisions on their real estate needs in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I like to take the stress out of buying and selling a home. It should be fun - I'll take care of the details and have your back 100% of the way! I've been fully involved in real estate since 2005 and also have a Broker's license in addition to an agent license. This is no part-time gig - I am involved every single day. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and I love to put that experience to use in helping my clients!
My favorite part of my career is meeting new people and turning clients into friends, too! I love the work that I do and I go to the extreme to help my clients win the deal! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client, I find it very important to meet with them either in person or virtually to LISTEN to their needs and goals so that I can best be of service to them. Once we know what they are seeking, we work together to make a plan for how to achieve the results in within the timeline and parameters that work best for them.
