Showhomes Minneapolis is a Full Service Staging and Renovation company. We prep homes for the market to appeal to Buyers. We are located in Eden Prairie, MN and service the Hennepin County area. We have staging with our live-in Home Manager Service and Traditional Staging. We also do painting, carpeting, countertops, lighting and more! Founded in 1986, Showhomes has helped Realtors and homeowners sell more than 25,000 residential properties worth more than $8.5 billion by transforming high-end vacant houses into fully-furnished, inviting, and valued Showhomes. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an onsite visit for measuring to allow us to plan for the staging, carpeting or painting. Our staging manager plots out the design plan on a grid to verify furniture fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a team of interior designers, contractors, stagers and other highly creative individuals who contribute in bringing you the desired outcome!

For staging, we have a monthly pricing option that is based on the number of rooms. For other design services, we need to understand the scope of the project and provide a free consultation to meet with the client.

Consider the skillset of the stagers - are they all interior designers? Showhomes staging employees are all interior designers Consider if they have a warehouse of furniture. Showhomes has a large warehouse of furniture located in Eden Prairie, MN Consider if their workers are employees and have workman's comp insurance. All Showhomes' stagers are employees and have workman's comp. Consider if the painter or carpeting resources will help you picking out color and carpet style. Showhomes helps with color and design selection for our projects.
