I am the Broker/Owner of iMetro Property Real Estate Group which serves the Twin Cities Metro area. iMetro Property Real Estate Group has sold hundreds of homes throughout the Twin Cities. I have  been a Realtor for since 2003 and has helped clients navigate the highs and lows of the market. I am a leader in the community and respected-trusted within the real estate industry at large. I focus on Traditional Home Sales, First Time & Experienced Buyers, New Construction, Investors, Short Sales and REO/Foreclosures.  When working with clients to sell their homes, I do things in a very different way by using contemporary and state of the art marketing to attract home buyers and maximize market exposure for the home. Resulting in less time on market and higher net offers for his clients.

My passion beyond real estate is being with his family, Crossfit, coaching soccer, and church. I coach for the Lakeville Soccer Club and is a Nationally Licensed Coach. I graduated from Burnsville High School and earned his BA in Political Science at St. Olaf College in Northfield. It was shortly after college that I began investing in real estate and decided to commit to real estate full time to follow my passion.

Initially I like to schedule a meeting with new client(s) to get a clear understanding of their situation and goals. I want to know their expectations for level of service and find out the most important thing they want to accomplish when selling or buying. From their we figure out the best options for navigating the home selling or buying process.

Every real estate transaction is different. I enjoy the day of closing when clients are successfully buyer or selling their home and starting a new chapter in their life.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

It’s not the name on the sign the matters when selling your home, it’s the Real Estate Professional and their level of expertise.   All Realtors are independent contractors and can work for any company.  It astounds me how much agents pay to be with a “big name company” just to try and create their own brand within the company.  By doing business in an honorable, trustworthy and effective way it has earned me the following recognition over the years… Distinctions fewer than 1% of all licensed real estate agents in Minnesota have been awarded.
