Anna Allen Interiors
I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from University of Maryland while living in Italy with my husband, Jason. After three years overseas, we moved back home to Minnesota. I continued toward my passion in art and design and received my degree in Interior Design in 2009 and also became an Allied Member of ASID. I soon started working as a designer for a company in Minneapolis and I loved it!
Opening my own business was always in the back of my mind and became a reality with the birth of my second child (Piper Lynn) who was born with Cystic Fibrosis. Working for myself provides the flexibility I need to care my daughter, to be the kind of mom I want to be, and also allows me to pursue my passion for all things art and design.
Associate of Arts- (English) Anne Arundel Community College, Annapolis, MD- 2002
Bachelor or Arts-(Art History and Italian Language and Culture) University of Maryland University College (Europe, Italy)- 2005
Associate of Arts and Applied Science-Interior Design and Sales (FIDER Accredited)- 2009
Allied Member of A.S.I.D.
I have been working as an Interior Designer since 2009 and love each step of the design process. Meeting new people, helping them find solutions to a problem area in the home or office, and seeing the finished project is something that I never get tired of. I love being challenged by new spaces and thinking out side of the box to help my clients find a solution to their space that they love and that fits their budget.
I love what I do and am blessed to be able to do what I do!
