What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An in person one hour meeting is scheduled at the location services will be needed. I will take measurements and pictures and listen to what the customer wants. What's important to them and how I can make them happy are the two questions I always try to get answered before I leave.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started of designing as a hobby until all of my friends told me im better than their paid designers! No formal degree, self-taught. But my strength is that my clients are always happy! I never lead with my ideas.
