Spot on about how long the grooming would take. Had a good discussion on how often to take our pup in again.

She is very good with our dog, and easy to talk to. Love her, and our dog was very happy.

Julia was really great with our Misty Angel. Her cut and groom is awesome. One of the best. Our girl was happy to come home but she was relaxed and happy when we arrived. Once home she ate treats then took a long restful nap. Thank you Julia, We will see you in March.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Call for phone consult and set an appointment and an over the phone guesstimate. Arive for an in person consultation and drop off. Leave pet for start to finish grooming. Pick up within established time. No need for kenneling as they are done straight through.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Trained at Petco in 2000. Became a manager of the grooming departments at 2 of their locations and a trainer in the district, where I worked for over 13 years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Prices are based on size difficulty and time. Rate from 35 to 60 per hour. Typical I establish a price at check in so you know what you're getting into.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of clients are accepted as long as they are under 50 pounds and have current rabies vaccination records.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I love the holidays and love seeing my clients come in year after year with their beautiful fur babies.  I enjoy meeting new people and seeing them leave happy with their cleaned up k9. Would love to include you as part of my clientele. I truly enjoy my job because it makes new connections with so many people and their pets.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

My advice when looking for the right groomer would be to check out their work and their communication skills with you and your pet. Make sure price, location and drop off times are what your wanting.  Check out their website. Here is mine if you want to take a look VIPGROOMS.COM

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Do you have a current rabies record for your pet? How long has it been since your pets last haircut? What days work to make the appointment? What kind of haircut or grooming do you need for your pet?
