My grooming shop is different because we refuse to force a dog to be groomed. We work on dog time not people time. That means sometimes the groom takes a little longer than most shops. We want the dogs to enjoy the grooming process.
The hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm and we are located in Bloomington MN. The girls and I groom out of my house where the dogs get one on one attention, respect and lots of love. We look forward to helping you with your grooming needs.
The different kinds of dogs I get to groom everyday. Dogs are my life! I knew at 9 years old I didn't want children, just dogs. My mom didn't believe me....she does now. 😁
I have now been grooming for 32 years and have 2 furry kids.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask questions, then I can have an idea of what they are looking for and know that I can deliver the outcome they want. Then I have the customers ask me whatever they need to know.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Twin Cities School of Pet Grooming. Graduated with a diploma not a certificate. School was 7 months, 12 hour days and 6 days a week. I learned internal and external parasites, bones, blood veins, hair types and growth, dog foods, skin issues, where the breeds originated from, etc. Then I learned how to groom.

No, because it depends on the hair length and temperament of the dog.
