Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in our process is to thoroughly understand our clients wants and needs. We get together as early in the process as possible so that we can best guide our clients, removing any guesswork in the process, as well as connecting them with our preferred vendors as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members, including our administration members are fully licensed real estate agents.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no charge for us to represent a buyer throughout the home buying process. Our commissions come directly from the listing side (seller). Our commissions for helping list and sell a home vary from project to project, depending on the seller's needs. That said, we strive to be the absolute best value available!
How did you get started in this business?
Shawn Korby, the Team Leader, started in the real estate business as an appraiser in 2002. He got his real estate license and joined Keller Williams in 2004 and has built the team since then, partnering with some of the best people in the industry to provide world-class service to our clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have been fortunate to have helped countless buyers and sellers over the years, from all backgrounds. Each new client brings a fresh new experience. The different people we get to serve make this a very rewarding career!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When interviewing agents, look for a person you like, trust, and know will always put your needs ahead of their own interests. Ask about their experience, check their online reviews, and never hesitate to ask for references!
