Alexander studied History at the University of Michigan before starting his career in real estate sales at age 22 during the “Great Recession” by helping individuals navigate short sales, foreclosures and other distressed property scenarios early in his career. As the market was good to most property owners for the following decade, Alexander has enjoyed the privilege of working with buyers and sellers from all walks of life from clerks and landscapers up to a Forbes-list billionaire and a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member.

Alexander is one of few real estate agents in Ypsilanti who is actively involved in historic redevelopment projects as a general contractor, investor, and property manager. Few things make Alexander happier than seeing his clients benefit from his experience and data-driven analyses.
