We like to find out as much as we can about our clients so we can help them find their way home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a degree in marketing, was a professional photographer for years and am an expert when it comes to listing and selling homes. I'd love to show you our 12 point process
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge 6% to the sellers (a step down pricing model for homes over 300k saves you money) and 3% of that goes to the realtor who brings the buyer.
How did you get started in this business?
This was a natural progression from marketing and photography. It was time to put it all together and do something greater.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone. I teach a first time home owner class at Washtenaw Community College and I like to work with first time home owners, investors, and luxury home buyers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you're working with an experienced agent. 85% of the agents are new and won't last a year.
