What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk to people on the phone first. I ask permission to contact them again. I can get Buyer's pre-qualified with our onsite lender over the phone as well. Seller's love that we have electronic signatures available if they have email. It's all about getting the job done in a way that's comfortable for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of Investor experience prior to getting my Real Estate license in 2007. I have a knack for negotiating. I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Foreclosure, Short Sales, Probate, Commercial, Land Contracts. You name it, I've probably done it.
