Rose Water Aquatics
About
Hey! I've started this fish care/guide business to expand my opportunities and give proper information and care to customers. My passion has been fish care/etc ever since I was a kid. I not only want to make what I've learned useful for others but I'm dedicated to helping the animals that need the care and attention. I also find passion in other animals like grooming or dog walking, I've been a personal fish business since 2019 but started roughly in 2018 with prep and expenses.
I enjoy the process and the end result. Not only does it bring me joy when the customer is satisfied but it brings me more joy when the animal in request is also happy and healthy.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have good clear communication with the customer so everyone is on the same page and everything is understood, however questions are welcomed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working with fish and learning about them ever since I was 9, I have a small beeeding business and I've worked in volunteering work around my area for not only aquarium like jobs but for help with other services such as dog and cat care. Or other small animals even birds, guinea pigs, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer to charge by whole but in some cases if need be I charge by hour or by portions.
How did you get started in this business?
I started with my fish breeding and selling locally and I wish to expand that and further my education. I've only just begun and I'd love if someone could give me the opportunity to show them I have the willingness and the dedication.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I started off with local clients but I now sell on eBay and other websites nationwide every season
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Being able to donate and come together as a community last summer was a wild and heart warming event I can never forget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say if you don't trust someone don't lay your money out for them, there's plenty of bad people out there ready to take advantage of anyone who lets them so be smart and do research on what you do before you do it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they reliable?
are they affordable?
are they willing to commit and adapt?
basic questions of integrity.
