What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First - Everyone's situation is different.  I like to have a relaxed meeting to make sure we go over the process and steps involved.  That way we are all on the same page.  It's best to do this right away - that way we can take the proper steps to get you to your goal..... You New Home.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a Full Time Realtor for 14 years.  This is all I do.  Besides our required yearly continuing education that the state mandates - I personally make sure I take at least 2 specialty courses per year.  This helps to keep my skills fresh and up to speed with the market.  I am always learning and mastering new ideas, processes and programs that will benefit my clients.

I have a competitive menu of services available.  As I mentioned earlier - Everyone's situation is different.  A one price fits all may not benefit your specific needs.  When you list your house with me, I will go over all my service options and allow you to select the ones that best fit your needs.

How did you get started in this business?

Back in 2003 I was looking to purchase a home.  The agent I used was very lack luster in attitude and service.  I started thinking man I can do better than this.... So I looked into it and jumped in!  Never looked back since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients..... In all areas.... with all housing types.   From first time buyers to move up buyers to downsizing couples.   From $40,000 investment properties to $3,000,000 estates.  Condos, Homes, Multi Family, Farms - you name it - I have sold it.   My unique skills allow me to adapt to my clients and make them feel comfortable.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.

I have had a couple recent transactions with properties that were "challenging" homes.

With my creative and out of the box marketing - I was able to being buyers and sell these properties (which were previously listed by other agents) quickly and for top dollar.

When we sit down an talk - ask me about them and I will show you how my selling system will work on your home too.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask for references..... Any one can tell you anything... Talk to past clients, ask to see recent sales transactions... Any reputable agent will glady have these items ready for you - BEFORE you ask for them.

Your home is most peoples largest investment.  You need to feel comfortable with your agent.  You need to trust your agent.

I tell people all the time.  Call me Anytime.  Even if you are using someone else.  If you have a question - I will help however I can.
