I have experience in helping buyers visualize what the home can be to make it there own. Whether it be kitchen/bath remodels, wall removals or additions. I can help you visualize and think outside of the box.
If your looking to sell, I can help guide you on selling as is, or how to get the most bang for your buck. If you have items you are looking to sell, I can assist you in what type of sale to hold and connect you with the right people. Or if your looking to remodel the home. I can help connect you with the right people for home improvements and clean-outs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what there needs are and where at in the home buying process they are in. I assist them with all the required steps throughout the whole process. I provide them with a checklist of what is required and stay in comunication at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Licensed Agent, REALTOR certification, memeber of National Assocation of Realtors, Monroe/Downriver Assoication of Realtors, Grosse Point Association of Realtors. and Michigan Association of Realtors.
