Discuss their goals. Are they buying or selling? If buying, discuss credit requirements. How to obtain pre approval from lender. What criteria are they looking for in a home? If selling, list the property on the multiple listing service. Find a buyer as quickly as possible. Provide information and updates regularly. Answer all questions honestly and respond in a timely fashion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Michigan Institute of Real Estate. I am licensed through the State of Michigan. As a realtor my education is on going as the housing market changes. I attend meetings, watch webinars and read articles to improve my knowledge and keep up with current events in the real estate market
