What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is understanding and listening to all the details that my clients asks or tells me. Then I would educate them on what I do in my business and how I am able to expertly negotiate the sale or purchase of their property and help make sure their real estate and mortage experience is a happy one. I ask questions to make sure that I understand my client completely.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a brokers license in Michigan and working on my real estate brokers license in Florida. I have completed sales training in Foreclosures and short sales. I also have my mortgage loan origation license and understand the financing that my clients need based on their situation.

Yes we have a standard pricing system that we provide because we are a full service Real Estate brokerage. We do offer limited services at a discount rate. Call us for the details.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business in 1990. I was inspired by my father who was a business owner, and real estate investor and I would go with him to all his rentals to help him repair them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with builders, developers, luxury home buyers, investors, move up buyers, first time buyers and business owners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Alwasy get at least 3 estimates, make sure they are licensed and insured, ask for referrals to verify their work and committment to the job and always have all your questions ready to ask them when you meet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long will the job take, how much is the cost of the job, how much does the customer have to put down as a deposit upon signing a contract. How long have they been licensed and how many jobs have they done just like the work you are giving them.
