What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start out meeting in person and going over all your needs. We get you all set up, I will send you daily listings and we will go look at any you are interested in. I try to make the process understandable and as easy as possible for my clients. I work in a team of 2, so between us, we can usually accomodate your schedule to see homes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michigan realtors are held to a high standard of ethical and moral practices in the real estate business. I adhere to this rules and also take training classes throughout the year to stay up to date on any new laws. I am a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and have experience with all types of transactions involving senior and special needs clients. I am a skilled negotiator and take pride in protecting your rights and needs. I am an active member of Homes for Heroes and help those who serve our community get a little back and feel they deserve every bit I can give.
