What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am first and foremost a consultant and agent so I have to sit down with potential clients and discuss their needs. After the needs analysis I briefly discuss my services and review how I conduct my business and what they, as clients can expect from me. If we are all in agreement, then an agency relationship is formed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an accredited buyer representative, a military relocation specialist, and half way through the National Association of Realtors GRI certification. I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's in Library and Information Science with a specialization in Analytics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge industry rates but offer discounts to friends/family and veterans
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with first time homebuyers, sellers who have downsized after a lifetime in their residence and everyone else in between.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Interview as many agents as possible. Most people hire the first they speak with and wind up disappointed. I want to be your forever agent so I will bend over backward for you!
