What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call the client with 2 hour window and determine what type of real estate services we can provide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree and a honors degree in Economics. I study the market and am a Real Estate Expert. I lead a team of agents teaching them how to look out for you client in regards to their real estate purchase.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have the standard 6% commission which we neogtiate on the listing side.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as an agent and developed a passion for real estate and helping people achieve homeownership and all its rewards that it provides when you buy and sell right.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of clientele ranging from $80,000 to 3 million.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just recently a customer reached out who borrowed money from an agent who did not disclose all information and she went to foreclosure. She called me and I sold her home and moved her into her new home and alerted all the authorities of the unethical behavior of the agent.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a agent who does this full time who is an Expert in Real Estate. Hire an agent who know their market so well they can tell you within 1% of th true value of your investment. Don't pick someone that you like pick someone that will work on your behalf and make you top dollars.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If your buying you should spell out all the criteria that you desire in a home. When selling let your agent know everything that is special about your home and point out all those features that makes your home stand out.
