Meeting in person with me is the best way to establish a clear understanding of your real estate needs and goals. This enables me to assist you in the best way possible tailored to your specific situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I make a point to keep abreast of all things real estate above an beyond my requirements of continued education to keep my real estate license. This helps me to do the best job possible for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Sellers and buyers of homes, condos, high rise condos, land, agricultural properties, equestrian estates, estates for heirs, 1031 exchanges, lakefronts, luxury properties, freestanding commercial buildings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have a minimum of 15+ years of experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have they spoken with a reputable lender to see what best fits their needs on affordability and the payment amount they would like to stay within? What a buyer is approved for is not necessarily what they want their payment to be. Are they financially prepared with an adequate down payment figured by a lender?
