TVI Logistics is able to provide complete warehousing, fulfillment, global distribution and foreign trade zone operations. As FTZ #70, operating under CBP, this means we can clear customs at our facility the same day to help our customers. We have trucks that can facilitate any move and white-glove service to give you the utmost care in logistics and transportation.
We are problem solvers. No project is too small or too big for us to tackle. As logistics experts, we are happy to facilitate global transactions and even local moves. We have helped the government, automotive, furniture and consumer goods customers since 1994. We are a woman/minority/veteran owned company with great agility and transportation discounts that our clients can enjoy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a new customer form that we fill out in order to input them into our WMS as well as to quote jobs.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The standard pricing system that we have relates to our furniture customers and the specialized moving services that we provide for designers. All other warehousing, fulfillment and transportation quote is customized with our business development director.
What types of customers have you worked with?
US Deparment of Defense, US Army, Air Force, US Coast Guard, Department of Energy, US Department of Interior, TACOM, GSA, TTI Metals, HUF Group and other automotive suppliers. We work with over 300 furniture designers nationwide.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We were honored to support the Michigan Trucking Association holiday event, showing appreciation for other logistics provides and vendors in this industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not only consider pricing. You want to ensure you can work with a vendor that will be on time, is reliable and had a good reputation in the business. Proudly TVI Logistics has systems in place to ensure trackability for all of our transactions. We are in constant communication with our customers for this purpose.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is always helpful to consider quantities, weight, commodity type, value of goods, frequency of service required, HTS codes if it is an international transaction, and special instructions.
