Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally speak over the phone or meet to discuss the needs of my new potential client. If we think it will be a good fit, the next step is either meeting at the home that is to be sold or meeting at possible listings to choose from.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 14 years as a Realtor, my team has been rated #1 for 2017 & 2018 as Real Estate One's #1 team.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard pricing. Case by case for my clients.
How did you get started in this business?
After years of sales experience in the restaurant industry, I decided to go to work for myself and it was an easy transistion. I enjoy the personal connection with my clients and helping them obtain the American dream.
What types of customers have you worked with?
First time home buyers, move up buyers, relocation buyers, retirement, estate sales, foreclosures & short sales, and vacation property buyers and sellers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After my recent clients had a bad experience with their last agent, they went on Zilllow and read my reviews. We went out to view properties within 2 days and bought their next home after only 3 showings. They had a successful inspection and appraisal. The transaction couldn't have been smoother.
The key to our success was great communication by both parties. I knew what my clients expected and I helped council them through the entire transaction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Experience and referrals will tell you about your agent. Meeting your agent in advance and making sure that they truly are the type of agent that fits your needs. Making sure your agent is a FULL Time agent is also keep and extremely communicative. In a low inventory market, you must be available to your clients and my team does just that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If considering buying a home, they should make sure that they are positioned financially to take the next step.
If considering selling, it is never to early to talk to a professional so you can prepare your home so it is ready to list when you are.
