I am really big on education, not only for myself, but also in educating my buyers and sellers.  Knowledge is key as it takes some of the uncertainty out of buying or selling a home.

I educate myself by taking classes and seminars so that I can do the best for my client.  I in turn educate my clients so they are also informed as to what stage we are at and what will happen next, etc.  

Even if you have purchased/sold a home in the past no 2 tranasctions are exactly alike. Finding your dream home or selling your home is only a small part of the transaction.

I am always here to answers questions. There is no such thing as a "stupid" question.  If you don't know the answer then the information is needed.

I enjoy helping people.  It is why I became a realtor.  I had some bad experiences personally with "bad" realtors before I became one.  

I want to make sure that doesn't happen to anyone else.  Buying or selling a house is a BIG life experience.  I want to make sure your experience is as stress free as I can make it for you.

My heart fills with joy watching a buyer get the keys to their NEW HOME at closing. 

My heart is also joyful for my sellers whether they were downsizing, upsizing, helping family members with the estate of their loved one.... I was able to help them on their journey to a new home, out of state move, or help ease their minds in relation to aging parents.
