What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up appointment to go over ideas and take Measurements of the project after we have our first meeting will have an idea of what the customer wants. At that point we can design something to get a secure agreement on what they do in fact want us to do once a scope of work and a price is agreed-upon we will start the job immediately based on the customers schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fire and water damage restoration company we deal with a lot of different situations from the basement carpet to the shingles on the roof and everything in between we are licensed and insured and certified in water damage structural drying and order control

I have worked with all types of customers in my time young customers middle-age customers old customers we treat all our customers the same we overextend our services and bend over backwards
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent customer had an insurance claim he made and his claim was denied I went to his house and did a visual and thorough inspection and didn’t find enough evidence for this claim to be denied I called the insurance adjuster and scheduled a new appointment to meet me out at the house once he reviewed everything with me he agreed that it should be covered my customer gave me a high-five
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
don’t ever give a down payment for any company to start or schedule a job
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
converse with there spouse look at materials selection of colors so they have a general idea of what they would like
