Rosales Private Contracting (Lawn Care & Other Services)
About
This is not an established business, I just try to make extra income funds on the side of my regular job by providing services through my expertise in the things I do. Mutual verbal agreements and sheer trust that is what is earned by every single customer I do work for. My customer's trust me because they get word from other customer's who have experienced only good things from me working for them, they spread the word about my professionalism and how I conduct my work and my good rates.
What I enjoy the most is, I get to be creative doing the things I do when working on a lawn or when painting or some other task. I like to be as perfect as possible. I like the idea of people getting a good job in a market of how most people or companies do the "fast & Practicle" job disregarding quality as their main priority because they're too focused on making profits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't take advantage of THE PERSON GIVING you the free estimate, take advantage of the estimate. BE SERIOUS about what you want and be serious that you can afford what you want. If you're unsure about what you want or don't know if you can afford it? Call someone else, waste their time, not mine.
