What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With the junk removal process, we typically come to the property, examine the job and give the quote right there. If it's a smaller job that can fit in the back of the truck, we'll haul it right then.
For the house cleaning services, I will walk through the house with the client and figure out what the client wants or needs for the cleaning.
