I have over 40 years experience training dogs from Puppy Introduction to Life to Schutzhund (think police dogs) and everything between.
Each dog and every owner is unique. I take the time to evaluate both and use the methods that will result in a strong working & family relationship.

I absolutely love dogs and I want every dog owner to be delighted with his or her dog. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to see the relationship between dog and owner blossom when the dog is trained.
I've been training for over 40 years and I love it as much today as when i was 20!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start your training experience with an in-depth phone consultation. We'll discuss your training goals and any particular problems you have with your dog. You ask any questions you have and we schedule the training sessions.
At the first session I met your dog and we begin working. I prefer not to meet the dog and leave without starting training as the dog should understand the relationship immediately.
I believe every owner is obligated to provide excellent training for their dog's sake, theirs, and their neighbors'. Every dog deserves to be a Joyful Dog!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my more than 40 years experience I am a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and continue my education through their extensive database as well as the forums for professionals.
