About
We are a groomer that is very unique and different than most! We always have 2 with the client at all times. This ensures they are comfortable and feel loved while getting groomed. We schedule one client at a time, we do not kennel or use kennel dryers. Your dogs are with us and getting loved on from the moment you drop them off to the moment you pick them up! Our full grooms consists of deodorizing soak, conditioning soak, blow out, nails trim/grind, feet trimmed, sanitary, ears, deshedding, and a trim.
Deanna and I at Vanity Fur went into business not to pump dogs through our doors and to make money, but to spend time with our clients! We love to love on them, make their grooming experience one they are excited to do again! It is our passion to create a unique environment filled with love so they can relax! We both love our dogs, we treat every one as our own.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a larger time slot for them aside for our new clients so we can sit and get to know them for a bit before diving in. If the dog is not comfortable with us, the grooming process can be very stressful for him/her. We avoid that stress at any cost!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both Certified groomers with over 100 dogs under our belts! 🥰

How did you get started in this business?
Dog groomong has always been a dream of Audrey's, she has wanted to pursue since she was in high school. She was lucky to come across an amazing business partner that had the same dream!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with every breed/client out there. We have had our extremely difficult clients, and we have had our amazing clietns that sit really well! We love them all the same!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had for dogs come to our salon, she had been turned away by multiple groomers that did not want to work with her dogs. We were successful at groomin all for dogs, and to top it off we were able to successfully and calmly complete the grooming process without any difficulties. Many dogs just need you to slow down, love on them, and let them know that this process does not have to be scary. We have become the grooming salon that many of our clients are coming to because they have been turned away from other groomers due to their dogs being difficult clients. We have found upon getting them in our salon that they are the exact opposite, all they need is love!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure it is someone they feel comfortable and loved with! You also have to feel comfortable leaving them, ensured they are in the right hands!
