Our Design is above standard Design- Build Companies as I am a Formally trained Architect and Builder offering a higher level of Design- Build service. We have exyensive Timber Frame Design and Building Experience as well as other more complicated Construction or Aesthetic Methods. The variety of the Home Aesthetic is more broad and extensive due to our experience and training.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Interview to determine working and project compatability.
2. Enter into a Home Design Contract that includes a full on Land and Site analysis.
3. Design the home to custom suit the Client to their Land and their Lifestyle.
4. Carry out a preliminary Budget and Cost Analysis before entering into formal Construction Drawings and Engineering.
5. Complete Construction Drawings for more comprehensive Costing and Bidding as well providing details for the Construction of the Home. This includes Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Materials and Aesthetic planning and Documentation.
6. Final Pricing and Construction Contracts.
7. Commence Construction.
