What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is key. When I come out to meet a new customer, I am first on time, or a few minutes early. I look my customers in the eyes, and give them a firm handshake while introducing myself. I listen to what they want done, only giving suggestions if asked, because most customers know what they want done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with Foundation companies, pouring walls and digging trenches. I started on the roof in 97 when Cedar Shore Apartments were being built. I also currently work with a master electrician and have been for the past 10 years. Tiling floor, hanging drywall, painting, putting casing around windows and doors, and installing base around the room, over the past 10 years made me very efficient.

I do not have a standard price, every job is somewhat different. I look at the job and then give an estimate for work to be done.
How did you get started in this business?
Clio Road was gaining a new apartment complex, so I went up to the roofing contractor and asked if they needed any help, he tried me out, and ever since then I've been Roofing and working on houses in Flint, and surrounding areas.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with, and for teachers, attorneys, doctors, shop workers, nurses, other contractors, and everyday hardworking people.
