I have a 6 month old cockapoo. I don’t exaggerate when I say, I didn’t even like him when we dropped him off. He was awful. He had no manners and wouldn’t stop biting people. From the first time I talked to Anna I knew that they were going to be the trainers for us. Upon meeting Anna and Jeff they assured me that his behavior was not new to them and that they could definitely fix my broken dog.

We opted to do board and train because we had to get him out of our house. Secretly, I dreaded having to bring him back home. On the day that I went to pick him up they gave me a quick lesson and sent me on my way. I was so nervous, but I truly brought home a different dog! It literally took me about 2 days to fall in love with him. He is definitely not perfect, but every problem we have had since bringing him home they have talked me through it over the phone, or they have come out to help me fix what we are doing with him.

Anna and Jeff absolutely know what they are doing. They train the dogs but they also love the dogs. Your dog in in wonderful hands with Jeff and Anna.

Anna is very straight to the point and honest about what my issues were as a handler and what my dog needed from me. She worked with not only my dog but made sure I had what I needed to be successful at home and in public with my pooch. She was always respectful and professional.

Intelligent, caring, dog savvy trainers. Truly, they have a very strong understanding of canine behavior. If you can’t say why a dog is doing something (or not) how can you fix it? I’d trust them with my dogs any day. That is saying a lot.

Demonstrated various tools for correcting undesirable behaviors and taught me how to use those tools. But they emphasized that praise and rewards are very important for desirable behavior. I am able to enjoy my dogs much more and they are as happy as they have always been, just much better behaved.

It was a laid back environment where I felt comfortable to ask any question. The training was excellent and I will return in the future. I have a 1 year old great dane/mastiff mix that my 3 year old daughter can now walk!

Anna and her team really explained how a dog thinks and is great at correcting bad behavior, sharpening skills, and showed me how to reinforce what was learned!
