What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Design Stage - Initial and final pool design, contract & deposit, and applying for permits.
2) Rough Finishes Stage - Excavation is the first stage. Followed by construction and plumbing.
3) Final Touches Stage - Concrete, electrical, additional water features, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
The owner of Aqua Pros, Jason, started building inground pools in 1999. Some years later, Jason added a Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, Nic, who happened to be a former collegiate swimmer. Then Aqua Pros added a Creative Director, Phil, who is a current professional beach volleyball player. We all met each other by playing in local volleyball tournaments in Cleveland.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both residential and commercial properties with existing pools, or properties looking to add a pool.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) Do you want a fiberglass, vinyl or concrete pool?
2) Do you want an Automatic Retractible Safety Cover? If so, you will be limited to a rectangular shaped pool.
