Typically this is the biggest purchase of my clients lives and I really enjoy being part of that process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone conversation with my clients so that I can gather as much info on the home before I head out to the job. I like to ask if they need any additional services added to the base inspection price as well and answer any questions they may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fully certified to ASHI inspection standards.
How did you get started in this business?
I was a residential real estate agent for over 20 years. I made the move to the inspection world just as a change of pace. I really enjoy the real estate world, I just wanted to get away from being on call 24/7 as a realtor.
