About
Not only are our inspectors InterNachi Certified, they're also licensed builders or contractors. They've built homes from the ground up, and are incredibly familiar with every component of a home. Don't settle for anything less than the best when spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new home.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our inspectors will spend time assessing all critical components of the home during the inspection. They'll take hundreds of pictures, and make necessary observations. They'll then return to the office and generate and deliver an informative inspection report within 24 hours, complete with pictures detailing any potential issues. The expectation is that our inspectors will spend anywhere between 3 and 4 hours between the on site and the report writing portions of your inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
InterNachi Certified
Michigan Residential Builder's License
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is competitive, and in line with professional, certified home inspectors. An inspection for a modestly sized home in most areas runs approximately $350.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We inspect all types of homes throughout Metro Detroit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Whether you allow us to inspect your home or someone else.......don't make your decision based on price. As with anything, you get what you pay for. Choosing a home inspector to save $25 makes very little sense whan you're evaluating an expensive asset such as a home.
We like to say, good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isn't good!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is your home inspector a builder (ours are)? Are they certified (we are)? Are they an actual business that practices quality control, and requires their inspectors to complete continuing education (we are)? Or are they just a local handyman operating off of their cell phone?
