I got into dog grooming a few years ago, I have always love animals so right away I loved it.
I originally studied veterinary medicine, but found it too heartbreaking to continue. I love all of my customers just like they are my own. And have a high standard for quality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will start off my saying i am a confort groomer! Meaning I go off the comfort if your pet ans at their pace.
I spend quite a bit of time with our customers to ensure I know exactly what they want. I cover our procedures. And ask many questions to make sure, when they leave they're happy!
I also am able to book one dog at a time. Meaning your dog is the only dog at my shop! I spend all my time and attention on them. And go off of their needs and their pace!
I am also kennel free and free roaming! From start to finish, a dog is not kenneled while they're with me.
My shop is a small grooming unit, I am the owner and founder of royal paws. Because of this, I can give your pet more individualized attention to ensure they're comfortable and happy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with animals all my life. I have worked with rescues, kennels, and worked for other shops. This is where I found my passion for my work.
I also have schooling in the veterinary field. I originally planned to go to school to be a veterinarian. But I found passion in grooming instead. And I have absolutely no regrets!
