What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We interview to discover the person, the goals, the expectations, their personality profile and our ability to meet thier needs. Then we utilize our TRADEMARKED marketing plan. We stay in touch withour forever cleints by inviting to events and keeping abreast of real estate news trends, and fostoring friendships.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Masters in Business Administration with double major in finance and marketing

Our fees are negotiable in the State of Michigan.

How did you get started in this business?

I had 2 children adn our house hold budge was short.  My spouse could not work any more hourss and I needed to pitch in. So I thought I would re engage so when the kids went back to schools I could re launch a career.  I thought I cold do real estate part time and enjoyed it so much I immersed full time.

The passion I have for helping people, clients, and our agetns including our industry has blossomed.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our value proposition is delivered to all clients big and samll, we sell them all. We work based on realtionship and travel all over the state to serve luxury clients to rental clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We enjoy an annual movie cleint event where we have trivia and honor our Veterans.  Our recent movie was Captain Marvel and Pixar Onward this year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask the same questions and compare the facts. 

Rate the agents on their sales price to list price compared to average, days on market, compared to average, their success rate (how many houses do they list that  close compared to average?) and how many houses they sold compared to the board of REALTORS average?

Ask the agents to show you the buyers they may have for your house.

Do you feel comfortable and very confident that they have market knowledge and global marketing to execute on your behalf and communicat at a high level?
